Office Policies
Clear expectations make visits easier for everyone.
These policies help the team protect appointment time, verify benefits, and keep the schedule running smoothly for families.
Appointments
Please arrive a few minutes early for first visits so we can review forms, insurance, and medical history before your child is seated.
- Call if your child is sick or you need to reschedule
- Late arrivals may need to be shortened or moved
- Emergency concerns are handled as quickly as the schedule allows
Insurance and payment
The office accepts several PPO plans and can help estimate benefits before treatment. Coverage is never a guarantee of payment from an insurance carrier.
- Bring current insurance information to each visit
- Payment is due at the time services are provided
- Membership and financing options are available for families without dental insurance
Parents and guardians
A parent or legal guardian should be present for exams, treatment discussions, consent, and financial arrangements.
- Share custody or consent details before treatment
- Let the team know about medical changes or new medications
- Ask questions any time something is unclear
